With all due respect to the editors and writers over there, when you have 7 kids, you can tell me how to accomplish that.
Today, I not only needed to get a run in for my training, I also wanted to go running. And I had an errand to run.
I headed out the door and ran the mile or so to the hospital, where I panted at the info desk worker for directions. When I reached the 2nd floor clinic, I was still panting as I told the desk clerk I wanted to do a walk-in pregnancy test. He gaped. "Did you run here?" "Yep!" I grinned, both at the prospect of me running to a pregnancy test and at the thought of a new baby.
Ten minutes later with a bandage on my arm from the blood test, I finished my run. I'm not sure I actually ran home. I may have floated. I know there was an enormous grin across my face, while I contemplated waddling the Army 10-miler at 7 months pregnant.
Oh, good, I'm glad you're still in.
